Verdict
As you know my husband got N/G last week after 20 months of tremendous stress we are thinking of starting a help line for the falsley accused as we have been in this stressful situation like lots of others What I can't understand is why these historic accusations get as far as they do. We as a family seen the video of the person making the allegations on the date she reported it to the police you could definitely see she was making everything up so why why has this gone to the CPS and have charged on the allegations which if you looked at the statements also she was lying. If anyone wants to message me for any help do not hesitate I can only help from our own situation . Thanks

Please continue logging into here and posting support for people. Anything that you post here for everyone to see stands the chance of helping many more people than just the person asking the question. There are any number of people who log in here regularly but don't have the confidence to post, getting their support from seeing other's being supported.
Also, it's very easy to fall into the trap of, on a on-to-one basis, giving legal advice, which can be a really big issue if you're not legally qualified or at least have legal experience qualified. Every case is different and that is why we only give general advice and support, leaving the specific stuff to the lawyers.
Thank you, thank you, thank you though, for being willing to stick around and be supportive. Many people have no energy to do anything but try to forget what's happened and rebuild their lives.'Mongolian Warriors had the courage of lions, the patience of hounds, the prudence of cranes, the long-sightedness of ravens, the wildness of wolves, the passion of fightingcocks, the keenness of cats, the fury of wild boars and the cunning of foxes.' I agree with franticwithworry as usual,
You would be more than welcome to stick around here and help give others the benefit of your experience but you wouldn't be the first to feel strongly that you want to help but then decide that you need to move on with your lives, so before you go committing to setting up help lines see how long you can stick it out here.
Frantic is also right about giving one to one support, I hate getting PM's here and in the other groups because you can very quickly be out of your depth and risk giving bad advice to people desperate for reassurance. The law and how it works is extremely complicated and it is far better to give an opinion that everyone can see and then either agree, criticise or add to it. You will also leave a footprint that others will see. The strength of the groups is in the collective wisdom of the members, a very wise man said to me once.. (the legend known as casehardened)
It would be great if you can hang around and it would be much appreciated but it's a little soon after your ordeal to be making promises. For reliable legal aided advice in the London or home counties area, contact Harvey Fox of Freemans Solicitors, London. ( Private clients nationwide) :

just wanted to say well done for coming through the ordeal and getting the NG verdict. I remember only to well the feeling of wanting to help anyone facing a FA of this nature as it is truly the worst ordeal you can face. Thankfully finding Daftmoo was the turning point for me. So post here and support others as the advice you can give will help others. Take time to heal, it's nearly 2 years since trial and NG and life does get back to some sort of normality.
