Historic meaning that the alleged assaults were supposed to have taken place some time (not a few days) before they were reported to the police or if they are in a familial context as in parental alienation

The new forums are not for the one night stand type of case.

There is tight security on those forums so if prospective members do not follow the registration process properly and they do not give the requested information in the required areas, the application will be rejected.

Excellent initiative. One sadly a growing number of males by virtue of gender alone, rather then act, will be interfacing with. Keep up the good work RF. I watch the general boards with interest.
