Good evening to all of those this may be of interest to you, please have a caution are uses standard before the interview you it doesn't apparently any loopholes at all for you to Think, being part of Mensa I decided to just dissect this unbeknownst to most sixty percent of the population suffer from A tipe of A D H D , Please don't worry it isn't severe and hugely common disorder is called A D H D - C , nearly everybody with this problem is blissfully unaware of it means in Lehmans terms you have a very bad short to midterm memory but your long-term memory can be identic ,basically that means it's a kind of photographic memory that takes a long time for your mind to process and put in place , and can recount it perfectly after as much as six months Word for Word. You need to tell the interviewing officer this also not to pressure you whilst talking or try to befriend you and avoid eye contact as this adds to the effect you can then answer questions you want to answer I'm perfectly honestly say at this moment in time I really can't remember give me a little time and I'm sure will come back to me so if you like to interview me you can do the couple of weeks and I'm sure I'll be able to help you out. I know this is not going to make me very popular with the judiciary but I don't get it what's this space for so many things that will make the police and judiciary have such a hard time that caution at the beginning after stating what I have said for you to say becomes an usable to one and all good luck. Anybody who is guilty and who is wanting to play for time could use this, I suppose.
This is why vulnerable people can request an appropriate adult, who can go through what the difficultites are with the interviewing officer, before the interview begins.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

I have bin lied and tricked by the judiciary and police, so I hope this benefit others having gone through it myself. there is no suppose it's a fact
There is no supposed to this isn't undiscernible fact and when our new law company do a full version of the caution will be void, I fully intend after being treated why I have been to tell you how to get off so many crimes loopholes, I am truly sorry if this offends you but there should be an equal amount of law for the accused as the accuser, and anything I can do to make their life is hard I will, just the mother tell you this is not a one time deal, how about getting off the driving.Originally posted by Rights Fighter View PostAnybody who is guilty and who is wanting to play for time could use this, I suppose.

My apologies for inserting comment on the wrong part of the board
It would seem that I inserted the comment about police caution in a very inappropriate place my apologies but I think you'll find a lot of interest on the amount I know about the law my last quote said driving at the end I really meant drink-driving I know there's a lot of you out there who want to be with this but anything to make that leases life just that little bit harder sits well with me and a great many other people out there who are fill the injustice of the law they are not always right you know trust me I have had plenty of experience.Originally posted by Dark Mouse View PostThere is no supposed to this isn't undiscernible fact and when our new law company do a full version of the caution will be void, I fully intend after being treated why I have been to tell you how to get off so many crimes loopholes, I am truly sorry if this offends you but there should be an equal amount of law for the accused as the accuser, and anything I can do to make their life is hard I will, just the mother tell you this is not a one time deal, how about getting off the driving.

....trust me I have had plenty of experience.
Ordinary criminal defence work such as drink driving etc is completley different to defending false allegations of sexual abuse, especially the historic kind.
I stand by what I said. If suspects asked for more time to think about the questions, or asked if they can come back to answer a week or so later after they've had time to think, there would be a series of serious miscarriages of justice going the wrong way, with the guilty getting away with it.
As I said, vulnerable DPs (detained persons) are entitled to an appropriate adult and in cases where there is difficulty in understanding questions or answering them, sometimes a trained mental health AA will be used.
I would be interested to see the website to your new law firm.Last edited by Rights Fighter; 29 April 2016, 11:48 AM.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

I don't wish to be rude but I cannot understand the OPs points he is trying to make. I can't see the police allowing suspects to go home so they can decide what to tell the police in interview a week or so later. Guilty people would just get off scott free once they've talked to their friends and come to an "agreement" with who says what.

Dark Mouse,
I have deleted your two recent posts as, apart from once more being posted in the wrong section of the forum, your tips for avoiding rightful justice are not relevant to this forum which is specifically for false accusations relating to sexual offences.
Members of this forum have not committed the offences of which they are accused and therefore have no need of any stratagems to avoid the due processes of law and order but need advice on building a sound defence to expose the lies of their accusers together with recommendations for legal professionals experienced in these matters.
If you are not able to offer this sort of support or have not been falsely accused yourself of a sexual offence, or are posting on behalf of someone who has, then this forum is not for you.'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger'

Given the way he writes I'm thinking he has no idea why he has posted in here either. His continual references to MENSA are strange. Having a high intelligence or IQ has no bearing on understanding what is being said or what is right, and what is wrong.
He refers to legal advice being given to give a full account to the police and seems to think that that is wrong. Unless there is no disclosure it is in fact the way to go. If the suspect doesn't do that, then it can be used against him or her at trial and usually is.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

Yes but to not give a full account as far as is possible would go against the def at trial. This guy is trying to tell people how to get out of doing that.
As you say innocent people would have no issue in telling the police what they need to know. If/when they twist words that can be dealt with at trial or beforehand....People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk
