Metropolitan Police chief Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe told the Times newspaper that the system "rewards" the public for being lax about internet security.
He said a rethink might alter behaviour over passwords and security software".
Interesting this one, given that the police / feminazi groups seem to think there is too much "victim blaming" in rape cases........ in this article, he seems to think that if people are not diligent in arranging security in online banking, then it's their fault if they are defrauded....
I often get myself into trouble when I dare to suggest that if ladies go out at night, with next to nothing on, get drunk, behave as though they are "up for it", then they should not be surprised if some ignorant / uneducated men believe they are "fair game".
