The time it takes for the CCRC to get an application to a CRM for a person who has been released from prison before applying

GGGGGRRRRR! A case I sent in to the CCRC early this year has passed the initial review

BUT as he's not in prison any longer he's at the bottom of the queue. He gets a CRM (Case Review Manager) around December 2016!!!!
