PNC and PND records for falsely accused rape NFA

Has anyone on this forum successfully overturned a NFA to a No crime without CCTV evidence, but with other evidence such as emails etc.

I have tried to have my ex arrested for perverting the Course of Justice or even re-interviewed but until the NFA is turned to NC its impossible, so she gets away with in.

Welcome anyone who has experience in taking on the system. I have good evidence and Police are being very defensive.

Just to add I have emails at the time of the alleged historical rape that she was bragging about our sex life. I was also a victim of domestic abuse and have voice recordings of being beaten up, and medical records all demonstrate that. Witnesses have also come forward, but police still NFA'ed allegation.

They searched my home and removed my guns but have since returned them to me after bail was dropped. My bail conditions had no conditions. I was interviewed for 1 hour.
