Just to keep the group in the loop. Had one of the forum thrown out tonight with trial due to start tomorrow. Sarah Forshaw QC of 5 kbw was defence counsel. They also did the last half time aquittal. Nerida also back in business and returning to us in the new year so finishing on a high!!

have had a good look through the threads up to 2 weeks ago and can't find anyone. The nearest is smokiejo but that is a bail date of tomorrow (20th) not a trial.......hope whoever it is posts soon - great news for them .....

Do you mean their case thrown out?? Also I have been talking to Rizvan Anwar who is from that firm and I might go with him if the worse happens. Good to know that this firm of solicitors has a good reputation.

I totally agree but it can be an haunting experience coming back on here after going through the mill, hopefully they will be back in the future to share and give some hope and possible advice to those who are still going through it all.

I posted the thread because I wanted members in the London and south east areas to know that Gerry's the guy for the job - he does seem to get the right results more often than many other sols.

I can understand MyHome's complaint that people don't come on here though to share. They are quick enough to come on and ask for help and support and often don't support others, or rarely do so.

The guy in this case is apparently a friend of another client of Gerry's so may not be on this forum.

As I said, this is yet another victory for Gerry! Yeayyy! Long may they continue!
