Isn't it galling that this suspected terrorist has been protected by the courts from unwelcome publicity from the media because it is not feasible to prosecute him.

It's a injustice that this same courtesy cannot be extended to those who have had allegations of sexual misconduct, which also may well end up not being prosecuted, made against them.
