This is a youtube link - it uses a simple easy-to-use technique for reducing anxiety when having to speak in public. I've only recently come across but have already found it very useful in my work. Because it would be hard to do it while in court, it can be practiced before-hand in anticipation of a stress-full situation and then mentally revisited during interview or while giving evidence.
