Sure enough, the 'Notice to Person Whos Interview Has Been Tape Recorded., which the interviewed person will have signed, says.....

Hi JM - thank you so much for doing that - must have been awful for you. I have to say I agree with steve22 that I wouldn't want to listen to them again unless I absolutely have to.... It's only a thought but I wonder if you could lock all the stuff away (back of the loft sort of thing - in case it's needed again) and concentrate on building your future. There are some lovely human beings in the world - everyone on here for a start - and I'm sure that when you immerse yourself in friends again, you will be able to see a way forward....MH x

      Hiya MH

Thank you. I play in a band or two, and we're just back from a gig tonight 50 miles up the M11..... I do have the odd moment or two, socially, so no need to worry!! My community here at home is also very strong... I had contemplated, with my Estranged Young Wife, upping sticks and moving, but after all this, I'm inclined to luxuriate in having found myself, if not exactly a pillar of the community, at least a bit of an...er, flying buttress, perhaps.

Re; keeping my case together, the young EW and FA has done this FA against me.... Not sure what's next... I've posted an incredibly unchivalrous blog online detailing the relationship (quite explicitly) from my point of veiw, (influenced by maybe partially representing all accused to a certain extent)... Which, I felt today, may have almost healed me.... at the moment. I never know how I'll feel six hours from now.

There is a problem, in that my relationship with EYW and now with the FA, and NFA, this whole theatre is against a backdrop of friends (mine) and family (mine), and really involves everyone, ultimately, also her friends and family (abroad) too..

The community is a very big, and I sometimes think very powerful thing

Also, there's a lot of other stuff.............

        There's more.

The police have told me that to get a copy of her statement, I need to apply for a court order, 'my solicitor will know the procedure'. I think the same will apply for the tapes.
In a nutshell, she did stuff to me, one week prior to the subject of her FA, which was coerced and non consensual... I may pursue this.... It was discussed on the forum, but later removed.

          Evening/Morning JM,

I am going to feel bad as im steering away from the original topic a little now but i keep getting told off for starting new conversations on threads..

Usually i would come up with some witty back chat for the above about "being so lucky" like it is a joke.. But i suppose really it isn't.

One of my ex's (FA #2) claimed that during our relationship i had intercourse with her while she was asleep. After being ever so lucky of having to recall every graphic detail for my documents, There were several occasions when i had awoken in the morning to her performing an act on me (lets not get graphic but im sure it can be narrowed down). Clearly i had not consented to this in advance obviously due to being asleep but hadn't kicked off because well.. we were in a relationship. Apparently it didnt matter vice versa when she made the FA so it seems the gloves are off. As i hadn't consented to this do i have grounds for a counter claim of rape against me? Will it harm my prosecution that i had not mentioned this during my interview after my initial arrest?

I haven't really looked at it from the Female committing the offence side, and it doesnt seem to be under discussion much here, so it is an interesting subject..

          Steve

Steve. My argument concerns considerable penetration (of me).

            (sorry, MH.)
