  • What about a False Rape Accusation Crisis Centre.

This forum really helps the FA'd Community but what about a set series of support programs and actions to give the FA'd from the moment they make contact.

It could be a collation of all the best advice given on here, which is here, but has to be trawled through to find.

Is there already one set up?

You might get a reply that says "ah - but the real rapists will use the services to hide". The reply to that must be "but the real false accusers use rape crisis centres to hide".

You might say "what if the help and advice given is wrong? ". The answer must be "what if the help and advice is not given?"

There are too many young men, who are fragile humans too, being killed by this depraved imbalance of considerations which is the false rape allegation scenario. I am thinking mostly of the young men who are not wise enough yet to know that there is a life after FA. Those frightened young men who did no wrong but are left in limbo with giants beying for their blood.

    What say you?

It's a good idea and we do our best - but we only mod during the day when we get a chance - we are volunteers and will try to answer specific questions or give advice where we can.

Its a huge undetaking - but if you care to make a start on it, submit it for our approval and we'll make room for it.
And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the world. Then made the world round .... and laughed and laughed and laughed ..

You're right - it is a huge undertaking.

Do you think it would be best in flowchart format as I do? Maybe a different flowchart for the false allegations of:

      Historic Rape
      Spousal Rape
      Male to Female Rape
      Gay Rape
      Female to Male Rape

I put them in a loose order but you get the idea...

For an example: false allegation of male to female rape

Have you been contacted by the police? Y/N

If so have you been arrested and bailed Y/N

You would only be able to go so far in preparing someone before a good and proper solicitor was appointed so perhaps right up until one is counting the duty solicitor as a part of the arrest proceedure and not a true choice if you know what I mean.

I'll have a think about this one but I must ask how would this site link a jpeg to the other members if they so requested to view it?

      Thanks in advance.

Put something together if you like IvorBinWronged and we will certainly consider it. If we feel that it is something that we would like to affiliate the site with, then we would most likely host the image on a free to host site and post a sticky link to it. Of course this decision would ultimately lie with the site admin, webmoo and/or littlemoo

        However

I currently believe that the wealth of threads we have stuck to the top of the main forum cover pretty much everything
If there is something missing, then there may be something already written that I can post up if you can suggest here the gaps are.

I'd probably much prefer to refer to it as 'Same Sex Rape'...

I don't, personally, believe that the word 'Gay' is nice. Not for any sexual reasons but more that it classifies people in an older more draconian manner, in my opinion. 'Same Sex' sounds cleaner and more normal to me.
          Wow... A signature option!

Excellent idea. It's very hard for everyone, but for young guys who have never been in troublewith the law before( or even those who hve been for petty crime) and don't know their rights or really understand what it is they are being charged with or why - the whole thing is extremely daunting. On top of this, I've come to realise with my son, it's something that's very difficult to talk about because in adolescence and early adulthood they are busy drawing up the limits of what lies in the domaine of thier own personal life and discussing this goes against that. ( Who really wants to talk about this to Mum and Dad?) There is a real danger in thinking they can cope on their own and quickly find they are out of their depth. There's also the element of the FA affronting their own sense of modesty/prudishness, behavioural code and justice which can lead to a state of silent shock.
Reading things on this site is a great help in order to obtain practical information but can also be very scarey. One to one free councelling seems to me to be invaluable as young people often have difficulty expressing themselves - putting their experience into words would help them get to grips with the reality of the situation and in formulating their defence.
Ideally everyone who's been FAed should be able to benefit from such a scheme , but it seems that young people are most vulnerable and if they don't have the support of parents or older, more experienced adults for whatever reason (studying away from home, breakdown in family ties etc) they really are lost.
