Personal responsibility is a two-way thing. It boils down to this:
Ladies. Don't go out dressed as a slut unless you want to be treated as one.
Men. Don't approach women who are dressed as sluts, because that makes you a slut too.

If it's in your local area then there's a good chance people will know the accuser (a for instance) and you'll be arrested for your own safety never mind slandering someone.

You're anger should be directed at the incompetent fools (Media, Police & Government) that have allowed this situation to arise. False accusations ARE destroying lives but putting yourself in danger protesting about them is not a route I would recommend. This country is FULL of ignorant idiots that won't even listen to your pleas before punching you in the face or sticking a knife in your back. Even friends and apparent family fall into this bracket as many will testify.

Your soul is in the right place but your thinking processes aren't. There are just some situations where circumstances suck big time and false rape allegations fall into that category.

You can't unless you have something to back this up, such as a conviction for a false accusation. Otherwise it's libellous and you're breaking the law.
It would be the same if my accuser posted my name on a website saying I was a sex offender. I have been NFA'd so she would be breaking the law by doing this. However, had I been convicted, she wouldn't as she could provide evidence that I had been found guilty in a court of law.

Yep... There's another site you can send them stuff and they list it... Can't remember the name of it, it came around when the Holly and Jessica stuff was happening (might actually have been earlier..) and is a place that you can basically say anything about anyone...

After that appears and in someones area it's then time for a vigilante attack on the house/car/boat/cat because it just has to be true. People really are so thick and bored that they will act on anything that morally, or otherwise, justifies itself in their own little heads. I blame The Sun and similar trashy sensationalist newspapers along with the greedy media in generally and the gobbermint/legal profession.


That's basically why nobody can really truly march down the street and protest innocence or 'for change' when it comes to false accusations. Nobody believes them and the government solidify this stance by insisting on bringing in **** like 'enhanced disclosure' which only the most naive would believe actually work. £40 apparently gets around them.............................................. ...... FORTY FECKING QUID!!!

Don't protest. Don't do anything. Stay in bed, on your own, with the door locked and the tinfoil on the walls.

Sex offenders or even those accused always seem to need to be violently assaulted to teach them a lesson, not sure why or what lesson but it seems that somewhere between being born and hitting adulthood of some description the government and the education system have managed to make violence towards sex offenders, or those accused, the only solution that society has to offer. Can't reason with anyone or re-educate them with words and care so thump them on the nose the piss on them...
