Was unsure where to post this question, hope it's ok here.

I notice that some members have gone abroad and I wondered if there are any countries that you can't go to if you are charged/under investigation but you haven't been through court so there's no bail? Hope that makes sense.
We had to fill out a API form before we went away last year, but I can't remember the questions it asked.

You are allowed to go to any single country as you are innocent until proven guilty in court so if been charged but have not gone to court yet and your bail conditions allow you to still travel you can still go anywhere usa or Australia for holiday just font go tell customs your on trial that would be asking for more discrimination against yourself

In theory yes. In reality, no.

Merely having an allegation of sexual abuse can prevent you visiting the USA....no conviction necessary.....

Have just looked into America and the question have you ever been arrested/convicted of Moral Turpitude, then had to google it I didn't know what it meant
So the arrest is enough, how depressing.

No big deal. Is America really that exciting?

Speak to the consulate concerned and get the definitive answer. You wouldn't want to spend 5 hours on a flight, only to be put on the next one back.
