The saddest thing is that no guy is going too think of recording a sexual encounter unless he has already had a FA against him and then he'd have to be MAD to have a one night stand ever again!

The guy in the street would think if the girl cries rape then it happened, the fact that even without DNA or corroboration you can wind up convicted and on the SOR is not something most people even realise! Until the TRUTH is known NO ONE is safe!

Maybe, children also need to be given an interview every year to see whether they have anything they are unhappy about, that way when historic SA's are alleged years later the poor suspect can have at least a tiny chance of proving nothing ever happened!

Rape does happen, child abuse is a real threat, but until false accusers are punished the real victims will NEVER get justice!!!

The danger of this would be that it could put ideas into children's minds, especially depending on the manner in which they are asked.
It could end up leading to MORE False Allegations.

I agree, it would need to be a carefully designed set of questions that do NOT put ideas into children's minds, they get enough of that from the TV. These days kids and young adults have grown up in a greedy society where many have a ME ME attitude and where family can mean very little...

Faith I don't have the answers I just see the problems getting worse and the Laws becoming more unjust.
