I understand where he is coming from. Think confidence will come back one day. If I was you I would lay low until this ordeal is over then get back on your horse with regards to sexual encounters.

One thing I have learn't from all this is to stop having a squad of female friends because they make up stories when they find out about each other

I can't remember which appeal that was. Actually thinking about it wasn't it my Cornish appeal - the one with fresh evidence where I stayed with the family and took new statements? The Crown barrister was a bloke who was a bit of an old woman as I recall.......
