Lets say the subject of the petition is TO PROSECUTE EVERY ACCUSER (FA) WHEN THE DEFENDAND WAS FOUND NOT GUILY IN THE COURT?

Petitions will rarely cause any significant change BUT they keep the issue in the spotlight and raise awareness so they are a good thing.

It's a difficult to word...it's not a realistic outcome that prosecution is mandatory whenever someone is found not guilty...as each case is different and there may not always be a malicious allegation where a not guilty verdict is reached.

Certainly, it might be worth saying that the accuser is investigated with a view of prosecution if any kind of evidence turns up that a false allegation was deliberately made

It's a good idea in theory but the problem is that it would mean fewer genuine rape victims will feel able to go to the police.

It is well known that rape or abuse victims often fear not being believed - and this is where False Accusers do so much damage, not only to the poor person who is falsely accused and the hell they have to face, but to all genuine victims of rape - they are underminded by the terrible actions of the False Accuser. It is also why Criminal Injuries is such an incentive for the unscrupulous False Accuser, it is very easy to make an accusation with no proof - unlike assault or violent mugging etc where you actually have terrible injuries.

The problem is that rape cases are so often contested on consent. Some are genuine complaints and some are not. The only people who really know what happened are those who were there at the time, and in most cases the only people who were present are the complainant and the defendant.
Many innocent people are wrongly convicted. But many guilty people walk free as well. We shouldn't lose sight of that.
