Support Group in Kent
Kent Against Injustice has been set up to offer support to those who live in Kent and have been falsely accused of rape, sexual abuse or historical sex abuse.
We also support those who have been wrongfully convicted and or wrongfully imprisoned as a result.
The group insists that all strenuously assert their innocence of all allegations/charges made against them.
In the event of a person claiming innocence in order to hide from justice their matter will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities.
The group is open to close family members and friends who are taking an active part in assisting the victim falsely accused in his/her fight for the truth.
The group mission statement:
To support the victim falsely accused emotionally.
To support the victim falsely accused by way of providing information
useful to his/her particular case.
Useful contacts/websites etc.
To exchange information with other Against Injustice groups.
To raise awareness within the community of the prevalence of false allegations and their impact upon those involved.
To join with fellow groups under the banner "UNITED AGAINST INJUSTICE"
and attend United Against Injustice meetings and awareness demonstrations.
To speak with one voice and to lobby the powers that be to abolish, repeal the very laws that have opened the floodgates for those with malicious intent to falsely accuse.
To raise awareness within the community and in the public forum of the conduct and manner of investigation of police forces in regard to false allegations to secure convictions of those that authority know to be innocent.
To lobby for false accusers to be prosecuted with the same alacrity that is used to convict innocent falsely accused.
