The guy in Wales I am supporting has been asked to fill in a form which requires him to say what caused him to offend, what was in his head, did he know it was wrong, victim impact etc.
"I am sorry but I cannot answer that question because no offence was committed".
"I do not know anybody who has been sexually abused as a child so I cannot comment on how they might feel".
Answer the questions so they cannot say that you are not co-operating.
The form my Welsh guy filled in was sent to me. I scanned it into my computer and typed the answers for him after discussing the questions and what he wanted to answer and sent it back to him. He handed it as it was to probation has told them that this was done on a computer and therefore an electronic copy exists - just in case they try to maintain that he admitted guilt on that form.
