Hello, I have been false accused of rape and afther 4 mounth charge with offence. there is no any evidence like cctv or fisical injuris however my DNA is been found in her underwere, I accept the fact that we had cosent sex with her. I would like to know is the jury take in consideration that my accuser is regulary drug user (heroin, crack and many other drugs that never knew exist, I know this becouse she got positive in her police forensic analisis of blodd and urine.
I never met this woman before or afther the event toke place there for I don't know much about her, the only think I know is that she is not telling the true, looks like she forgot that she ask for money afther we have sex and I toke her home, she claim that she ran home about 2.5 miles, wait about 30 minutes and decide to call police,
I had cheat my wife and I lost her but she is let me see my kids, but at not time I rape this woman. By the way the police had my DNA since 2003 I ot than for drinking and driving.
I'm due to go to the crown court tomorrow, I wel apreciate your replys, tank you

Being a drug addict does not prevent somebody from being sexually assaulted and would not be used against her.

Please come back tomorrow and let us know how you got on.

if she has admitted drug use at the time of the event in her video interview then i believe it is admissable (at least that is what i was told regarding my mental health issues as i admitted being in hospital after the event). although this begs the question what were you doing having sex with someone who was out of it on drugs. can't see it doing you any favours even if it is admissable.

Some drugs are known to produce memory problems or trigger false memories / hallucinations. Depending on the drugs taken and with a little research this issue could be taken into consideration - but just because she is an addict cannot be used against her.

Thank you for you reply, in the conclusions of the report she had used it heroin, cocaine, BZP, TFMPP, ketamine and ecstasy but small quantity and she would not have probably been under the influence of this drugs at the time of the incident, they found cannabis to and they say that she could have been under the influence of this drug at the time in question.

I have been in court today and they they rebail me until march for my plea, is my secound time in court and I saw today was my plea,, how long it normaly takes??
