The ever awesome and indefatigable Right's Fighter has done it again and secured yet another acquittal on appeal - the most difficult area of the law there is.

Her record and experience is second to none. - and I mean literally.


Those that choose not to listen to her are on a fools errand.


Some people are not willing to listen or learn. You would be stupid not to.

I think of those that I offered to put into pafaa so that they might learn from H, but they thought they knew it all already. ( and continue to spout provable nonsense)

I would be seriously interested to know of anyone that has as much success as H...?

There should be no doubt about it. I will always have the greatest respect for her and what she does, although it is lamentable that she must do it at all.

I learned a great deal from H and will always be thankful to her and her wisdom.

I lost count of all the know-it-alls that insist everyone should give "no comment" interviews or that "laws have changed" or that "germany stopped paying compensation"...

Most laughably perhaps, I remember a moderator of a poorly run group telling everyone that judges were no longer allowed to instruct a jury on the burden of proof!... or another moderator instructing the falsely accused to march down to their local cop shop and report "mental ABH"...

I could go on..

You couldn't make it up, but it seems some people do.

We try to be accurate and calm here on DM and PAFAA is the only other group I can guarantee where no nonsense will go unchallenged.

If you are falsely accused, you need facts and a level headed assessment rather than sentiment.

RF has always delivered.

Listen and you will learn something.

Less than 1% of those that appeal are successful. RF has several under her belt.

That's very kind of you CH but if it wasn't for experts such as Helga and Harvey that give their time for free, the blind really would be leading the blind.

I've always been very aware that I could give bad advice or get too big for my boots. Helga is one of the few you can trust.
