Right, so let me get this straight. The FA has previously been charged with making a false rape accusation, and other false allegations of being stabbed and threatened, and so when she is charged with perverting the course of justice AGAIN for a false allegation of rape, then she receives a suspended sentence. Disgraceful. Yet another example of justice being served. I also don’t agree with leniency given because she has a physical disability. Can you imagine a rapist getting a lighter sentence because he only had one leg or something??! And, not to harp on about it, but if your IQ is high enough that you are competent enough to be sentenced, then it is high enough to take full responsibility for your actions. Especially if you are a repeat offender. The sentence should reflect the crime, not your IQ.
