These seem to be occurring with alarming regularity. What a waste of time and resources to get as far as a trial. The courtrooms would be half empty or at least better able to cope if these cases were weeded out sooner.

ETA And it's time they started confiscating accusers phones, Ipads, computers etc in the same way as the accused so that there can be no claim that 'the accuser only recently disclosed the messages'. Not that I believe that of course; why would she hand them over voluntarily?

The OIC actually took my first FA's. So she was on the job. I do agree that they need to take both the FA's and the accused parties technology straight away. There should be a unbiased investigation.
