Interesting! So the judge isn't making a comment about her being drunk, but saying that, in that state, her memory is inaccurate. This is certainly different from the idea that men are 100% responsible, whatever happens sexually - the bad stuff anyway.

I have absolutely no doubt that some men will take advantage of a woman in that condition, in fact I know from personal experience that some do.

Often both parties are so pissed that neither can remember a thing and then we have people coming on here and into other groups asking "was I raped?" If they do not know, then how on earth can a jury know?

But then women will make false allegations in the hope that a jury will believe their lies in order to make a quick few thousand quid courtesy of the tax payer.
