  • Social workers altering witness statements prior to trial

The title really says it all

The trial is ongoing so it is not possible to comment on the guilt or innocence of the defendants but for statements to be 'doctored' is disgraceful and should have resulted in the social workers being disciplined or sacked (but as this would have sunk the prosecution's case they have been allowed off the hook)

Doesn't surprise me at all. Some social workers (and probation officers) are so perverted they really do want to believe absolutely everything they have been told, regardless of how ridiculous it is.

I do have to wonder about that backgrounds and their thought patterns .....
