I'm getting worried although I know I have done nothing wrong I'm increasingly worried about going to prison
I was advised by my solicitor that if I'm charged its highly likely I would be remanded into custody until trial.
I gavé never been to prison and would not know what to do if I was inside.
Do you know anyone who's been in prison whom I could talk to incase my nightmare becomes realty?

I find it strange that a defence solicitor would say you would be remanded into custody after charge. the police could only make a decision to do that if:
a: there is a chance you would contact the complaint and/or their witnesses/family
b: that there is a risk of flight (going on the run).
Ask the solicitor why they believe that it is "highly likely" you would be remanded into custody. As you've not been charged I'd suggest looking for other representation.

I had my lasy bail date extended by 3 months in January, I am wondering if there is a time limit, to knowing if Bail will be extended again or not?
Do they ever let the person know like say a day before if bail has been extended?
Are you able to call the police and ask if youe bail is going to be extended or not? Or even ask if you are going to be charged?
Please help
Thanks in advance

Hello, I can't offer any advice, I'm in the same boat as yourself. All I can offer you is the slender hope my solicitor offered me which is that if the case does go to court things are looked at more thoroughly and they generally reach the right descision. Not much, but I look at it that if the worst comes to the worst, we know in our hearts we are innocent and THAT is the important thing it's an old cliche I know, but there's a lot to be said for it. So long as we know we are innocent we can hold our heads up no matter what others think. As I am also a good bit older than you I have come to believe that what goes around comes around, I said it more with hope at your age. Think about it, our accusers are liars sooner or later they will give themselves away (my accuser is a serial accuser from what I've heard) they lose family and friends as everybody will know that they have destroyed someones life for no good reason. Keep your chin up I've joined an agency and just don't tell them what's happening- you don't have to at this stage. Try and be positive that's all we can do
