I was listening (idly) to Radio 2 yesterday while working on the van when one of the guests started to make all the points that we do regarding easy accusations, anonymity for accusers, length of bail, desperate attempts by CPS to push through inadequate cases....
Of course I immediately started to pay attention and it turns out that the speaker is a teacher in the next county and a regular contributor to the Jeremy Vine show (therefore not reticent in putting out his side of the story publicly)

Radio 2 has a wide audience base and Simon Warr was very articulate so this must help to change public perception towards false accusations.
Sadly his life is changed for ever as a result of the accusation (and don't we know it)
