You probably havent escaped the media storm lately, painting Ashya King's family to be monsters, religious nut job's and child abductors. The media and police claiming everything from abduction to child abuse.

His articulate father has released a video on youtube explaining his side of the story.

Very very sad indeed. British injustice, sensational media lies and authority’s melding again, The parents have since been arrested and are now facing an extradition hearing. Spiting up and arresting a family trying to get the best for their son. Clearly the biggest danger to children in the this country is the state and media.

It's doing the rounds on Twitter and Facebook. I think that if anything untoward happens to the parents, now that their side of the story is public, there would be an outcry.

The country is run by a bunch of megalomaniacs and SS are no different.

Absolutly. They're lucky they had a social media savy older son with a YouTube account. I dread to think what fate would have lay in store for them if they were not able to put their story across.

I see people are now donating money to fund his treatment. So hopefully something good will have come out now from all that awful media coverage.

About time. State / police really revealed their true colours. It is seriously worrying to think if there was no cameras rolling here just what would have happened to them.

I'm deeply shocked & disgusted, no doubt along with the the rest of the nation at what happened to them. But, then I remember we have to look no further than this forum daily for the injustice hurled up individuals and families based on lies backed up by state lies.


I don’t have any children, but if I ever do I would seriously question now whether raising them in the UK would ever be an option. If its not the state trying to take them away into care as children, its the state trying to prosecute them and put them away as adults. just on the word of others.
