my solicitor phoned me on 13th of june 2013 that police have dropped the charges against me but i still have nt got any letter from police .went to police station the detective dealing the case was off but the guy told me that i am still on bail .phoned my solicitor he told me nt to worry the detective her self phoned him n her words are good as gold she might have forgot to update for some reason n i do not see any reason why my solicitor would lie to me ?but i am still worried to death !!

thinking of taking alleged accuser to court !!
as police have dropped the charges against me now its time to give this blond bimbo her own medicine !!i am thinking of taking her n her boy friend who prompt her to report it to the police n went to police to be her witness that she was drunk which was a complete lie .her texts n actions before n after the alleged rape proved it !! please advice me is it possible cause she nearly ruined my whole life .i lived a life in hell for month n half .i just would like to see how does she feel living under the threat of prison n spending whole day in police cell .can i report it to the police ? please help .thanks -

i would even if i have to sell my self !!this practice must stop. i am surprised there is so much support for victims of rape but nothing for victims of falsely accused of rape !!Comment

I think it's just better to move on and let time heal the scars from your ordeal. One thing you will have learned, as I have, is not to presume someone is probably guilty and there must be evidence or they wouldn't have been charged.

Seriously I'd leave it be mate, karma will get them one day.
You start stirring poop and the old bill will be down on you like a ton of sausages, they dont like being proved wrong and dont need much of an excuse to make life difficult for you.

its been nearly a month since my solicitor told me that charges against me have been dropped but still nt any letter from police!!detectve who is dealing with my case has confirmed in the emails sent to my solicitor n promised to chase the letter with custody but no avail .police did nt even think take one minute arresting then why they are taking so long to send a letter
