11 men put through a nightmare and she gets 16 months ! I hope shes forced to look at her behaviour and change it.

Lets pretend the average sentance would of been 8 years so each year is 12 months , so 8 x 11 (accused) x 12 = 1056 months and she is given 16 months !!!! its like less than 2 percent of what the men could of been jailed for !

I think a minimum sentence of 5 years and mandatory rehabilitation would be a good deterrent, As things stand the women/men falsely accusing get a light sentence and are not made to see the damage they do to the innocent accused. This accuser got off very lightly ! LP

I think prison only is too good for the likes of her.... bring back the pillory! A couple of hours public humiliation before she gets locked up would surely deter others!
And what about the guts of whoever's responsible for letting her get away with it so many times??? Surely, if that had been a serial rapist, a serial motoring offender, a serial bank robber...( anyone apart from someone who lies in order to get others put down and obtains financial gain from it) and they'd been allowed to get away with it this long, there'd be serious questions to answer and at least one person's job would be on the line.

Unbelievable So after being sentenced to ten months detention in 2009 for false accusations, police had to take her 11th allegation seriously and carry out an appropriate investigation i.e. a man was arrested and questioned for nine hours. Can't help thinking if the roles were reversed and a man had done this to a woman, there would be an outcry and a much more severe sentence.

Make a 'FATP' course mandatory in prison...

Falsely Accusing Treatment Program....

Have her sign on the 'False Accuser' register too!

Let the neighbourhood, upon release, know she's a false accuser because she could potentially be a danger to others...


What a shame. She is now potentially a REAL target for a twisted rapist due to her own stupidity! Nobody will believe her as well........ Idiot!

I love the mandatory FATP! These people are dangerous and a menace to society, this one proves that they can be serial offenders. Only fair that all the neighbours know who they are living next to!
