A man falsely accused of rape has been told he has grounds for compensation

This was back in May 2009.... it obviously didn't set a precedent but I would have thought it's worth others trying for it.

We do don't we? And what an education it is! For someone who's never been or known anyone to be in this situation before, it's mind-boggling.
