Footballer found guilty

Although this guy's behaviour was pretty unpleasant, the fact that the "victim" cannot remember giving consent or not - as was so drunk - AND the other guy was found not guilty of the same crime - although they both had sex with her really does to me raise an awful lot of questions. I wonder if the defence team will be able to raise the issue about the 2 men being accused of the same thing, at the same time, with the girl presumably having achieved the same amount of drunkenness with each of them - surely the fact one is not guilty, then the other must also be - and vice versa.
