im writing this bhalf of a friend basicly he was involed in a situation which im hoping to get some advice on 4 my peace of mind really

what happends when the girl lies of being rapet when she acualli had sex with a guy who she wanted to have sex with but her friends rang saying shes was abducted n then the girl is saying after the police cought her n him shes saying was rapet n forcfully put into his car?

Your "friend" will have to wait until if/when he is charged and then find a criminal defence solicitor to advise him further.

I would assume your friend is currently on remand?

As RF said its impossible to comment on the brief information you provided, for the benefit of your friend I would suggest you join formally and then we can try and sort out the fact from fiction and see if there is anything anyone can do to help shed some light onto the situation
