^just to add its not just those on sor who cant go to usa. also people who have been sectioned can't go for at least 5 years and more if you are thought to be at risk of harming yourself or others (doesnt have to be at risk of suicide, just self harm). so even those who have suffered rape and get sectioned get punished. also firearms offences (including just transpoting a legal firearm in the wrong way and in a way which would be legal in usa) and drugs charges not to mention loads of other things.

Well, R is not on the SOR but I know he still can't get into the States, Australia or NZ.....the conviction itself is enough to bar him from access....
