Most prison officers are in black and white. Surely you have some postage stamps and a few quid? If the worst happens you might not hear from him for a couple of weeks if he has no spends

He's just told me that his barrister has said, if he is found guilty he's gonna for, is it....suspended sentence? Where he's home, but on probation.

I do hope with lack of evidence and good character which the judge seemed eager to point out and the fact it was so many years ago, he may go for it

I lost my job a few weeks ago and still waiting on redundancy money so we've got about 150 to last about 5 weeks. Which includes gas, electric, food, travel to a fro work (I start monday) and just getting by....probably can give him a fiver but we're struggling as it is

So this morning I made many wishes for today including calling for my guardian angel to help me and my other half. Wether you believe in it or not I don't know, but mine was there for me when I was a baby and had heart surgery.....anyway.

Stood outside the court and a white feather blows up beside me and my other half, I hope that's him showing me he's here

So the jury just sent through a question asking if they could be 90% sure of guilty.

They've been told they must be sure of what they think

Are you sure they said 90% guilty? Maybe they said that they cannot agree, or they are not sure either way, and that is what they asked about?

They asked can they be 90% sure of guilt or does it need to be 100%

Hang in there. Everything is crossed here.

90% is not enough to convict. it needs to be "beyond a reasonable doubt" or they must acquit.

As my OH said, all he needs is 3 people on his side and he's good.....lets just hope it's more then that, but I'm sure they would of come back by now if they were close to 12 in agreement but we're unsure of percentage of surity
