sex offenders programmes

After my back of the high street solicitor/barrister screwed my case, I have to do a better lives/New Horizons sex offender program.

So I'm looking for advice on what goes on/what to do and say on these sex offenders programme.
Anybody with experience etc.

If you are completely innocent of all the allegations, you can agree to undertake a course for "deniers".
