Partner is currently in jail since 7 months ago as he is on a llifers licence he gets recalled if any trouble as many people new this 2people put false statement s in and was quickly admitted to being false the damage was done he has to still wait for a parole board! We have a 2 yr opd son that crys for daddy daily which is heartbreaking and also his jail is so far away any advice would be greatfully recieved.

I don't know any prison law firms, but your partner will have a newspaper called 'Inside Times' which can look at and find a decent prison law firm near him. get in touch with them, and ask them to get this thing sorted.
