Thanks. As so many people ask for sentencing guidelines I though it might be useful to sticky it under "useful information" but it seems that thread doesn't like me.

I accept that this isn't something I particularly need to concern myself with at this point.


But out of interest, I wonder if you know (of find out) how the sentencing guidelines are applied to an adult who was the age of a 'Young Offender' (13-14) at the time of the alleged incident?
