told to plead guilty

hi
my brother went to a party hes 41 years old not a kid never been in trouble not even a speedying ticket
he was given drug yet he dosent even smoke let aloe take drugs.
he cannot remember what happened.
so he believed he had done it.
he was told to plead guilty and he would get a lesser sentence and out of fear he did.
he is now doing 4yrs for something he may of never done.
im now trying to find a case simmiler to his as if they got a lesser sentence than he did we can appeal.
if antone can help me please do as his children are missing him so much.

oh god paris what an awful story what you need 2 do is look at all the evidence all his papers and go see another solicitor did it go to trial? or did he just admit it? or did he ytake a plea bargain ? i don't no what to say or how to help you unless you tell us more
has he been done for rape or what? id also like to know how they can convict him when he doesn't even no himself x
