Of course I will let you know how we fair. ITM I have sent a letter to the Governor asking for the OASys report to be updated in line with the Data Protection Act using the factual evidence and no other - well I grovelled a little too LOL

Also pointed out the Plod had already been refused the very conditions now being imposed (with additions) and that I could not understand why the Judge was being overuled when he clearly stated the SOR and licence Conditions as standard would suffice!

Not expecting a reply anytime soon, but the Law states that internal measures must be sought before legal action is taken; so only doing it by the book!

I'll start a new section altogether on there. I'll move the Trial issues subforum and add that to it, plus Prison Law and Appeal section. Keep the legal beagle stuff together.
