The story with Julie Hall is that she is corrupt. When my accuser's father fabricated an MSN Messenger threat and gave it to her as evidence, I pointed out a number of faults with the evidence. She stated that she wasn't familiar with MSN Messenger, so I said to her that she should show it to someone who was, and the authenticity of the document would be plain to see.

She failed to show it to someone familiar with it, and merely had me remanded into custody instead. She failed to seize the father's computer, again something which would have shown that his document had been fabricated, and it gave him the chance to conveniently throw away the hard drive of the computer. It took 4 months for the CPS barristers in court to realise that the loss of the father's pc was "convenient" and drop the matter. But the damage had been done; the father's aim had been to get me sent down all along.

In short, PC Hall failed me and she failed the system that is supposed to be about the truth and honesty. To not follow up when someone tells you an item is fake, and shows you how, is tantamount to ineptitude at best, corruption at worst.
She was also too involved with the family, to the point whereby she was being told of my future court appearances by the father. He was attending every single court appearance - no matter how menial - and so was listening in to discussions about the evidence he fabricated, and was thus getting prior knowledge about whether and when he should get rid of his pc to hide his doings.
It got to the point where the administrative hearings had gotten to the Crown Court, and the Judge realised who he was and ordered him out and not to return until the trial. THAT should have been PC Hall's duty. Instead she was hand in glove with my accuser's father.

As far as I am concerned she is scum and should be charged with the offences listed, but because Surrey Police are so bent I doubt it'll ever happen. Do remember this is the same force that decided that at Deepcut barracks, army cadets shot themselves "several times in the head," which would be a world first in the history of people committing suicide.
I am also aware, from my time as a boy racer, of one certain Surrey policewoman permitting her boyfriend to drive her police car. He was a civillian, by the way, and not authorised.
When you see that force up close, you see it is corrupt and rotten to the core.

That's another reason why people want the UK out of Europe. Europe is seen as interfering and too liberal for our barbarian population, but the truth is that being in Europe is actually keeping the bloodthirsty ideas in check and ensuring they don't become reality.

Getting out of Europe would be a disaster.

I agree, this country is in the Jurassic period with it's crime and punishment mentality, always pandering to the hysterical media.

I'm not one to say all coppers are bent, and I feel that many go into the service free of corrupting thoughts, but soon realise how it all works. Some smell the power and gorge on it. Others leave in disgust, but know not to make waves or it will be them next.

My case had the involvment of social services, and I was mightily impressed when I looked up the social worker on facebook, and saw one of her friends was... my prosecuting officer, calling himself 'Spanky' Albone. Nice. She then lied on oath. What motives did she ehave?

I've yet to meet one that isn't less than honest. They're all in it for all they can get. People forget that if it isn't money they're after, it's promotional gain, which amounts to the same thing.

I'm tending to believe the old tenet "the only good cop is a dead one" is a worthy one.
There isn't a single one I'd trust as far as I could throw 'em.

You could make a complaint to the Police Standards about her Facebook profile. She's in the service of the public and her behaviour on there could be construed as bringing the police force into disrepute.
