BoyFriend accused of rape

Hi. Just last weekend (Saturday) me and my boyfriend went to his mothers house because was out of town, around 1:30 am my boyfriend called his buddy and his buddy came over with two girls around 2:30. Well me and my boyfriend had met them the night before, I knew them just a little bit I had thought even my boyfriend that they were at least my age 19. It turns out they were only 16 years old my boyfriend being 22. I went to bed around 4 am, and right before I went to bed I seen that this one girl was sitting on my boyfriends lap, at the time I really didnt think anything of it. But I woke up the next morning I had asked him when he went to bed and he said between 5 am and 6 am. And he had said that he doesnt remember what happened after I went to bed. Well Monday afternoon police came to our place with a search warrant. Didnt get anything by the way. Took him to the station to talk to him (did not arrest him) anf they told him that he is being accused of raping the girl that was sitting on his lap. Now I had been going out with him for 3 years now and i know him enough to know that he would never ever rape a girl. I believe that he slept with her but not to rape her. So know he still does not remember anything, i am guessing that he blacked out. Nut we have two kids together. I dont know what to do i am scared of losing him. And But also that night his 15 year old brother was there, and he is also being accused of raping this girl. What do you believe or think and what should I do?
