I believe Chris Saltrese is worth asking, he's in Merseyside, because it's not worth using a local firm unless you have the utmost faith in them. You need someone who knows his stupp and cares!
I wish we had gone to him first! Having used the wrong solicitor we are now facing months of misery hoping an appeal can be made. Don't let yourself fall into the trap of 'leave it to us, don't worry' we did and it's a bitter pill to swallow.
If it's for trial using public funding then one I can recommend in London is Tim Brown of Tuckers in Warren Street,London. Verity will be here shortly to recommend one her hubby used.
