...well not quite yet. Hello. FA'd in July - same as so many of you here. Re-bailed about a month ago and waiting....
Been very active in looking at the legislation and building whatever defence I can in the absence of a solicitor being available pre-charge. If I do have to defend myself in court, I am going to give the solicitor/barrister everything I can and go in fighting hard as I can and be as informed as I can manage to be. I feel the same as everyone I guess; the rollercoaster ride from hell. Anyway that's it for now. Will post again.
