hi....Glad you found the forum..when you feel up to it post what the circumstances are there's lots of good people on here willing to help . if you don't feel ready there's plenty of good advice on other threads that may help you

Seconded, the advice I got was brilliant especially whilst not really helping myself. Some seriously good folk on here.
