Hi going to norwich jail on the 30 th October ! Any advice on what I can take in with me would be great, am I allowed e cigs if so what kind ? I'll be doing a ten year sentence, many thanks andyd715.

I think that you would have to purchase you e-cigs once there.

Re the list of things to take: also take postage stamps, writing material , envelopes and an address book with your important contacts details on there. And money so you can have some put onto your phone account quickly.
