Hi caroline and welcome to the forum though sorry to see yet another new mum here supporting her son
I haven't seen your thread that was deleted so don't know the details. However in answer to your question re the company called Falsely Accused - if it is the company a couple of other members have had dealings with, they take a lot of money and do sod all. If you want a recommended solicitor, have a look at this thread...

The main thing to remember at this stage is that the police are unlikely to do the dawn raid door bashing thing; the reason being that they do this at a very early stage (ie the same day as the allegation) in order to try to preserve dna evidence etc. Also, the police are not your friends. They have conviction targets to meet and have little interest in your son's innocence. If/when your son is interrogated by them he MUST have a solicitor present. If he is under 17 he is entitled to an Appropriate Adult too. he should take the sol's advice as to whether to give a no comment interview or answer their questions. If he is advised to answer the questions, then he should not offer any information they do not ask for, especially if it will help prove his innocence. I know this sounds contradictory, but if your son's statement contradicts anything the person making the allegation has said, they will go back to her (I'm assuming it's a girl/woman) and tell her and she will change her story to make it fit. She is allowed to do this!!!!.
Things your son can do at the moment is write down everything he can remember about the time when this is supposed to have happened. also, save any text messages; screenshot any social media exchanges between her and him, or posts that she is making now that show she is not in the least traumatised by what has allegedly happened to her. This all needs to be stored electronically somewhere plod can't get it if they seize your son's phone/laptop etc....
