I was wondering if anyone could give me advice
I have recently applied to become a foster carer, but found out today that I probably won't be able to even get past the initial stage as while I was being taken to court by my ex partner for custody of our children he accused my new partner of assaulting our youngest child who was 9 at the time social services visited our home but took it no further as they could see that it was a malicious accusation by my ex that was not founded to be true in anyway, I have now been to,d that as it is on file about this I will not be able to foster can this be true and could I appeal as my partner did not do anything we both work in child are and this could affect this , I am so upset and annoyed that he has done this and I can't do the thing I wanted to do
