my husband has been accused of assaulting a woman without her consent that was about 3 month ago in those 3 month his step daughter now 30 years old come forward an accused him of touching her when she was 13 years old about 18 years ago i know my husband would not touch a child and i know he would not force himself on a woman i am at my wits end what to do last week he has been charged with both offences and i am very scared

Did step daughter know about the first accusation - if not then it is far more worrying than if she did. Do you have a good specialist solictor? -

if its till there - take a screen shot of it - and anything else that may help you. Do not give this over to the police, but to your solicitor. Make sure you have backup copies too.And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the world. Then made the world round .... and laughed and laughed and laughed ..Comment

yes ironing and cleaning helps but i am still scared 2 more days before it goes to magistrates court solicitor told us it will last about 10 minutes then we got another 4 weeks wait till we got to go again to magistrates to find out when we are in crown its a long time to wait to find out whats left of our lifeOriginally posted by catfish View PostComment

just been to court it looks like its the step daughters word against his they got the wrong dates of the offence the address at the time is wrong my husband was not living at the address specified in the court its all wrong the solicitor told us her allegation is enough for him to be put away i am losing it very badly my daughter told me yesterday she does not want to know anything about it she thinks because i want to talk to her about it i am proud and i want the attention this is absolute madness am i going to lose my children over this as well as going through this pain? what am i going to do?Comment
