    St Albans CPS office. Average waiting times.

    Does anybody know what the ave waiting time is for the St Albans CPS office to make a decision on a case?

    It's what I believe is a "low level" case. ie
    • In the context of a relationship.
    • Two adults.
    • Was consent properly given or not?
    • Two conflicting witness accounts, & no other evidence.

    No idea, sorry H&C,

    If the file has been sent to the CPS then it could be days or weeks or they could send it back to the police for "more work"

    Try and keep yourself occupied while you wait, I know it's agonising but hopefully you will hear something soon.
