    FLYING MONKEYS - The CPS has YOU in its sights!!!!

    The British Crown Prosecution Service which prosecutes all criminal (felony) acts in the UK has new Guidance for Police about hate crimes using social media for haressing people, including targeted parents.
    These Guidelines come into force TODAY. They are for Police to guide them in presenting a case to the CPS, who take it to court.
    I am putting this news here so you all, in the UK, are ahead of the Police and know what they should be taking for evidence etc. You can make sure you don't miss anything if the Flying Monkeys use Social Media against you as I know so many have experienced.

                This is interesting.
                The online campaign against us has been running for 4 years.
                I wonder if this will have any impact?
                We were told in the past that it's not a criminal act if the person hasn't contacted us directly, but this puts a new light on it, I believe.
                Naming and shaming alleged abusers (not found to have commited any crime) apparently is not illegal.
                Does this change that?
                I really hope so!
